So, since most mustangs listed for sale never have the mileage listed, i'm curious to see what the average mileage is for the typical Fox Mustang here.

I'm talking original miles on the body, not after an engine rebuild or major restoration.

Bought my current car in 2010 with 79k on the clock. It now has 81k. Eventually it will move from project status back to driver status and that number will change I'm sure.

Cant remember off the top of my head, but mine is north of 175k. Third owner, third motor, 2nd transmission, and totalled once. Yeah, my cars been thru hell and back.

I'm the original owner. Bought it with 12 miles on it and now has 129,000. I've done alot to it over the years but the bottom end has never been touched.

15x.xxx on the body. 1500 on the junk freshened bottom end, unknown on the z spec t5 in it, prob 3500 on the rear in the car

Grandma drove the Monster 78,000 miles back and forth to the First Christian Church of the Slow Lazy Reptile, every Wednesday, and Sunday.
(You could tell by all of the sand that poured out of the frame rails)
Now I got it. And it doesn't have those miles on it anymore.
It's reborn.

Original owner, and mine has 52k on it. I'm actually leary of cars as old as these with really low mileage. I've never thought that sitting was good for a car. The one time mine sat for too long (long winter) gaskets dried out and it sprung some leaks. I'm not saying there anything wrong with buying a really low mileage car, just that low mileage doesn't imply it still won't need a bunch of work. Whats great about being an original owner is that I know the whole history and have been able to deal with stuff gradually rather than have to do any serious rebuilding from years of neglect. I hope I'm not unrealistic in expecting another 25 years out of mine, but I expect that to only be another 50k miles or so.

168k i believe on the notch. Pretty sure it had rolled over by the time I got it. Original motor, trans rebuilt, swapped rear for a 3.27 and misc wear and tear parts lkke ball joints, rear end bushing etc.

Car fax everytime car was inspected or re titled etc . I am 3 or 4th owner and none really touched the car until the previous owner and it was minor stuff . was a aod grandma geared 2.73 car it's hole life
