Saw this old copy and instantly though about your build. Lol

Yeah, supposedly next Monday-Tuesday. They had it in Texas all along though. Don't have the desire to keep calling them so if it's not here next week I'll just get my money back and find another.

Ah, that makes sense. I just thought, man those sure dont look right for a Cobra. This will be the first Ford getting a bowtie engine swap that Ive ever followed, but I guess I am changing as the years go by. I feel like once the stock engine combination is modified beyond a bigger twin screw (changed over to turbo, or coyote), the 03-04 Cobras just arent the same. That was their trademark to me, that blower whine and exhaust note combination. So being yours doesnt have the stock engine, Im all about seeing what you do with it! Good luck sir, hope you dont sell this one off before you finish it!

SEXY! I love FR500 rims. They would look really good on my notch. In fact, I think you should go back to the 15's and send these my way.

Were you able to get everything else ready for when the motor shows up so you can just plop it in there?
I've got engine mounts and a trans mount. Turns out my transmission already has a viper second gear and a steel 3-4 fork so I think I may just crack it open to put some billet keys in and such. Idk yet. Need my engine management still and to decide on the McLeod hydraulic setup.
I think my blower plans have changed a bit, but trying not to talk too many steps ahead. Most likely going to put it together stock.

I picked up a junk ford AC compressor to use building a bracket. The pulleys are the same so I'll just use the Ford AC system entirely.

Lot of stuff to do that's for sure

I have a LS2 ac compressor if ya find out you need one. Would work better with a LS wiring kit I believe. Just cover shipping on it. It is left over from my project.
