What's the best master cylinder and booster to use in a '65? I see so much stuff out there that it turns into white noise. This is basically what I understand.

You can use a bunch of different combos of MC/B, but you have to remove or notch the export brace (I've run a '67 unit for years, and I removed the brace).

You can use a bunch of different MC's with no booster, but depending on who you ask, the pedal pressure goes from "no big deal" to "Mongo can do it . . . if he's taken his vitamins.

I'm seriously considering something different from my '65 MC/B setup, but I want some input. I'd love to use my export brace again.

perhaps a small late model booster from say a four cylinder fox body car with a dual master cylinder would do the trick. you may still have to clearance the shock tower though.
