I guess I get to take back the "nice guy" stuff I said before. I happen to like the bumper, I realize it's not everyone cup of tea, and I installed it because my then young son really liked it (he's going to inherit the old pile when he's old enough to drive). It's a "Duraflex EVO 5" fiberglass bumper, it's really there because as you can see it has a wide opening for the intercooler. I found my air temps were a little higher than I wanted when I hit the track as the stock bumper on the SN95 doesn't give it much breathing room. A case of "function over form" if you will. And as you were kind enough to post my profile details, at 44 years, my night-time eyesight isn't what it used to be, so those massive foglights help a great deal. To each his own.

Cool thing is I'm actually boosted. Unlike "Boosted92LX" which is a bit of a reach don't you think? Some people might actually be grateful that someone took the time to try to give them tech advice when it seems apparent that they have something grossly wrong with their install. Or, you can be a dick and whine thinking that someone's attacking you when they took the time to try and help. I thought it might make you a little happier to check over a few things and not burn up your next turbo, or maybe detonate your engine. And it might help others to realize your story has plenty of holes, you've demonstrated you don't know what you're doing with a turbo, and that maybe it isn't all On3's fault.

I'm sorry I couldn't join the rest of your girlfriends in giving you a shoulder to cry on because the big bad people at On3 thought you were full of :poo:. Personally now I feel sorry for Chad or whatever his name was for having to have dealt with you.

I do look forward to your next thread, "Turbonetics not impressed." Boostless92LX. ;)

Dude honestly why are you still trolling you stated your opinion and leave it at that you just need to keep going and going and going . Chads a known douche bag so your point is mute . Just stop already

Ouch! I find it comical after all the badgering, poking, prodding, hounding, name calling, and outright trolling you've given me, but said, "I'm not directing it at you"(BS..) Now I'm a dick? That's rich.

btw, I'm 44 also. I guess age doesn't account for taste, or manners for that matter..

I for one sayz to get back on topic and quit the bashing. Take that to the Squeaky Wheel where the general population will not need to be subjected to it every time they search for on3. Say what you will about each other, but not here

@Boosted92LX Thanks for this thread. I've heard terrible things about On3 for years. Today, while helping a friend move his performance shop, he tried to talk me into using the On3 kit instead of one of the more expensive kits from Hellion or B&G. He said they were better quality than they were so many years ago. I was influenced enough to give it another look, and I'm happy to see that I will not be ordering any On3 crap for my new car. Back to the known companies...

And you want to know what's really bad? I don't know if you struggled thru the whole bs thread, but On3 told me they would repair my WG and return it to me in January.. I guess they decided it wasn't important, because they just kept it. That's called theft, right?

I bought there kit 3 years ago I never had a problem with there kit fitment wise etc etc...I guess I was lucky..the car is now gone and I went back to basics with a 92 GT pretty much stock...I will go the supercharged route this time...LOL....I hope all works out for you good luck....

I was hoping this thread had died. :)

Hopefully you're basing your decision on more information than it contains (as one of the participants I doubt it's any of our best work). Definitely not sure it contains enough data to call on3 'crap,' but to each his own. No doubt, as with everything, there's a cost-benefit ratio to consider.

I've been running a budget kit (not on3) for about 6 years and it's still aok. I'm glad there are companies making budget kits (and in my case the big names don't even make them for the SN95 anymore). If you're ok with the notion of potentially having to replace the turbo / wastegate after the warranty period, you can still come out way ahead.

Though I'd suggest you check warranties -- B&G gives 6 months on gates & BOV's (lifetime on pipes), 1 year manufacturer's warranty on the turbo. I think Hellion's similar (too lazy to look it up). If you've got the $$$, I'm sure you'd be happy with either.
