Fox New To Forum. Just Bought An Amazing 5.0 But Have A Question

i havent taken a look at the speakers itself but i can hear the left door speaker is blown. I will definitely change them then maybe install one of those antenna adapters to connect my smartphone and stream some SiriusXM. This way it keeps the stock look but sound a bit better.

Was asking a question is all. I called and asked americanmuscle where I bought the parts and they told me to put lube on it and snap it in. I went down and pulled out the plastic grommet insert the old brass one with retaining clip and it is back to normal. Thanks for the help.......I guess. Love how forums haven't changed it 20 years. A few guys with the midas touching dogging people who come here to look for answers. Won't be back to this forum. Always cooler online I guess. Your information was correct but your approach sucks.

Nobody dogged you. You may have perceived it that way but that's not what happened.

What really happened was that Mikestang63 is attempting to emphasis the importance through a written forum.

If it's the Facebook style you like though, you won't find it here. Facebook for the most part is mindless chattle from a bunch of unknowns. It's great for internet "Mythadology" when it comes to cars especially.

What's different here is that you get to know the community. Being new, you wouldn't know that Mikestang63 is one of those guys that goes out of his way to try and help. You also wouldn't know that he's about as tech savvy as they come. My point is to look around a bit and feel a for something before forming your conclusion.

This is DEFINITELY not facebook. It's why we are here.

whatever you do, Dont ever drive an AOD without the TV CABLE hooked up. You will fry that tranny in minutes. Get the brass grommet and clip. Congrats on the fox vert!!!! Love fox verts. =)
