ok did the engine run test here are the codes AGAIN I don't have an egr valve it blocked off....

here are the codes
11
31
42
92

and the o2 sensors are brand new also.....while engine was hot I didn't get an ACT sensor code.

Code 42/92 are O2 sensor codes, but those can be a result of how the engine is running due to a faulty sensor.

Did you wipe the codes and rerun the engine off codes (after getting the engine warm). Was the ACT and ECT codes still present? If one of thse sensors is bad (and creating a code) than that couple be the reason for the 92/42.

If i was you, i'd wipe the codes out. With the Innova 3145, when the codes are running, I beleive you hit the TEST button again to erase them. I'm not positive so check the manual. You basically hit one of the buttons on the unit after you initiate the engine off codes.

Then i'd go for a nice long drive get the engine nice and warm and then check the engine off, and engine running codes. If you still get an ACT code...replace it.

i dont have that code scanner i bought a different one i dont think i can clear codes with it so can i just clear them by disconnecting the Battery? then go for a long ride and recheck the codes your saying engine running or engine off?

Just disconnect the battery for 30 mins or to to erase the codes.

Upon startup, you will need to let the car relearn idle, so drive it around for a bit. Put a few miles on it and a few startups and shutdowns.

Then rerun the codes again. Run them with the engine off first, then start the engine and run it again. Should get two different groups of numbers

Ok i will give that a try today or tomorrow weather permitting...rain i think tomorrow...

Quick question to what should fuel pressure be set at with Vac off....i think my friend might have moved it a little....

I changed the plugs yesterday a few looked ok...and a few didn't look that good..one was wet...also decided to change the ACT boy was that dirty and gummed up...took the car for a ride ALOT better still not 100% I did notice and intake manifold leak in the right front corner so im guessing the VAC leak isn't helping any....next on the list is fix the leak put my catch can system in, install my new rad and Throttle body...hopefully I can get it running right....I hope....
