Hello to all, I recently bought my 1st mustang

Hope some one can help me with an issue.
My son took it to school where he put down his keys on the bleachers, when he went back for them some one stolen the remote entry buttons. My question is if I purchase 2 new ones and use the procedure to relearn the new remotes, will this stop the stolen one from opening the doors. Can't let my son use it for school if some one has access to the car. If not can I disable this feature. ( remote entry )
