I'm new here and I have a restored '67 Coupe. My problem is that I can't keep a charge on the battery. Seems that when I run the engine, the battery slowly discharges. I've replaced the alternator three times and the voltage regulator once. I'm at a loss as to where to go from here and would like to figure this out on my own. I'm not adverse to paying somebody to do it but I want to learn as much as I can and I don't have a local mechanic I can talk to. I'm hoping to get some ideas on where to start. I'm sure I haven't provided a clear picture so I'm expecting lots of questions...ask away. Thank you for any and all ideas thrown out!
