Minor Problem Yet Major Problem....

Alright so the story is, I was changing my sparkplugs on my 01 Mustang GT 4.6 SOHC. everything was going smoothly until I got to the last cylinder... when I pulled the coilpack out, the boot ripped and stuck around the sparkplug, and because of this, I can't get it off or get a socket around the plug to remove it.. I've tried everything from super glueing the boot and pushing it back up against the plug hoping it'd bond so I could pull it out, to gluing a narrow piece of metal to the rubber boot and hoping I would be able to pull it out, even tried shredding it with a file and knife in hopes I could pick it off and scoop out the rubber.. no luck.. anybody have any ideas?

I'm going to assume that the insulator is not broken. Do you have a set of picks?

I would think that the hook'ed pick would to the trick quit nicely.
