My Brand New 2015 Mustang Gt - Transmission And Body Issues

This would be funny except

1. It was for the customer care hotline at my local Ford Dealer
2. It summarizes this chap's experience with Ford

Unfortunately it does seem like that is getting to be my only option. But ohhh the cost...

That is why I mentioned in a previous thread to not only validate what SilverS550 has stated, but also you will be including court fees, lawyer fees as part of your damages when you win. You have options here... I would have been on the phone with a lawyer long ago.
And I have done it before too, with a Ford dealer, and won. They settled without having to file a lawsuit but as soon as my attorney and I listed all the damages to a mustang that I bought (back in 2001) they took the car back and refunded me. Seems like the shinny new 2001 I bought back then had been taken out by one of the sales guys, wrapped around a telephone pole and there was a cheep attempt to patch it back together... Didn't take but a month of driving for me to figure out why everything rattled (quarter panel, doors) and why the car wouldn't drive straight...

Update 5/4: I am thankful for the support everyone has given me!, as I take further steps to get my transmission fixed. I will update the thread with more detailed information and hopefully a final resolution soon.

Sorry to hear what you went through! Glad they eventually made things right.

Update 5/20: Transmission still not fixed, but I will update everyone on the final outcome (things are in the works). Please message me if you want to help. I have sympathy for anyone who has ever been through something similar, I feel your pain.

I understand your pain. Just picked my factory ordered gt on march 4th. Car had already 26 miles on the odo. I was told that in factory they test drive every car ... i wouldnt care if it was any other car ( my subaru outback had 9 miles my truck 400).But when i was leaving dealership ( basil ford of niagara falls) sales guys started making jokes that if anybody wants to take car for spin or do donuts in the parking lot thay do it. I am really p...about it. I wont go there for a service. They probably do it for every mustang they get. Its just takes all your joy away, who knows what they did to my car.

Update 3/20/2016: I first want to thank everyone on the forum who has offered advice or viewed my thread. Its been a while since I created this thread to help all owners by sharing my aweful dealership experience (at Bozard Ford). Please be careful when leaving your car at a dealership! The problems with my 2015 Mustang GT have put me through hell. I paid $37k+ for my 2015 Mustang and it still has transmission problems (Ford hasn't fixed!) Ford can do the right thing, but they choose not to.

If you wish to help everyone, all mustang owners, please reply to this thread or view my experience video below. Every view counts!:

Thank you once again for your support of the good fight.

I came to this forum and was reading through many of the topics. I just bought my brand new 2016 GT Premium in magnetic grey, had it special ordered from the factory. It currently has 4800 miles on it. It is my baby and no one even is allowed to get near it without me knowing lol. Anyways I saw this post about the door rubbing against the fender and it made me go out and check mine. Discovered the passenger side was perfect and the drivers door did in fact rub against the fender causing paint to be shaved off. The fender needed to be raised a little to get the body lines to match up. Went to Ford and got the ok, but it will require repainting the drivers door and either blending the fender or repainting that as well. I am pretty livid about having to repaint and remove factory paint. I hope to god that I won't be able notice a difference. I'm told I won't. I wish Ford had made sure of these known issues before the 16's were shipped.
