Is it OK to use 2 wheel locks on each 4 lug wheel. I ask becuase I have an extra set and my thought is if there are 2 different locks on each wheel it would be twice as hard to steal them.

You realize all one has to do is slap a socket on the lock and it will come off? Wheel locks will stop a kid but not someone that wants your wheels. Just go with 1 liock on each wheel if you are going to use them.

Not trying to be smart, but how does a normal socket fit wheel locks?

If they have a hammer and a socket they can make it fit.

That said, there is not real harm to using 2 sets, the main issue will be the pain of taking them off. Just return the extra set and use lugs, or don't,

There's nothing that would physically or mechanically prevent you from running two sets of locks. If you really don't feel like letting the other set go to waste, go for it. :)

Just take a hammer, a thin wall socket and hammer it on the lock lug. It will spin right off. That's how we used to remove them from cars when the guys lost their key. Honestly can't remember the last time I saw lock lugs as they are pretty much useless. Kind of like "The Club" that a $.39 hacksaw blade defeats in 30 seconds.
