Which Trim Cover (part Number) Do I Have?

I have a 2015 GT (not the premium package). The patterning on the dash trim cover is coming off and looks awful. Ford will not replace this piece under the warranty.

I'm trying to figure out the correct part number for the piece that's on my car. I went to the parts department at the dealership today and they gave me part number FR3Z-6304338-BA. However, when I looked this part up online it specified it was for the EcoBoost Mustang, not the GT.

When I search for parts for the GT, I found the following:
FR3Z-6304338-AD (w/GT, black)
FR3Z-6304338-JA (w/GT, dark aluminum)
FR3Z-6304338-FC (w/GT, aluminum)

I'm not certain which of these (if indeed one of these is correct) is on my car. I can't find any pictures of my exact dash configuration, but below are some pictures that capture all the elements.

Pic 1 has the patterning as can be seen in the first picture, but does not have the two vent/two gauge configuration.

Pic 2 shows the proper vent holes but not the pattern. I need a trim cover that has 3 vent holes and the patterning.

So, can anyone provide the correct part number and description for the 3 vent trim cover with the patterning?

Also, does anyone know where I can find some instructions on how to remove the old trim cover?

Thank you.

I can tell you from my own experience talking with my friends in a Ford Parts Department that not all the new VIN have been completely entered into the parts catalog. If you can take off the entire trim piece, there should be an engineering number on a tag or inscribed in the piece itself. It will look like a regular Ford part number but the fourth digit will not be a Z. Give that to your parts guy to cross and that will be the accurate part number.

This sounds like the best idea. Can you offer me any help on how to remove this piece? Wish I had access to a service manual to find the instructions as I don't want to destroy my interior making the situation worse.

You need the piece for the gauges? What kind of price were you given?

The trim cover is all one piece, beginning under the speedometer, extending through the three air vents, and ending at the passenger side air vent, so it's all one continuous piece. The price I was quoted for part # FR3Z-6304338-BA for this panel was $722.18.

I'm sure it will cost plenty. There is another thread in this forum where someone took it apart and replaced it with a ecoboost gauge and vent setup. If you can find who that was, he can tell you how to get it off.
