Me......

I've been a member on here a long time but mostly hang out on the foxbody side with an 88 notchback 5.0 5 speed. A few months ago I added a 03 mach 1 to the stable

and then I came across this gem a few weeks ago for my wife.

1965 (64 1/2) coupe. Looks like a shell in the photos but all thenparts are there. Previous owner took it apart to rebuild it several years ago and it just sat. All the parts are there. Original v8 car 289 auto (only missing piece is the trans). Boxes of parts. Plans are rebuild 289 and toss in a t5 as that's what my wife wants. It has the original white interior in bags that's is in excellent condition. She wants his and her mustangs so it will be red as well.

Looking to upgrade the obvious things like suspension and brakes. Not sure how wild I want to get but toss out some options. A heidts front end might be a little much but still want decent brakes. Granada? Or is that obsolete nowadays?

All in all couldn't pass this thing up for $600.

Thanks but its the wife's car and I have already been offered a lot more that I had to pass on as well. It's going to be a fun builder.

I tried looking in the stickies but most the threads are gone. Looking for ideas on brakes front and rear, power booster, and suspension work..

The title asks the question, Who wants a 65 for cheap? We dont know that you're aware of the rules so until reading the topic content, one would assume you're trying to sell a 65.
