Foxes came with single stage so that's not a issue.

A color change is awesome if they do the jams and bay. Nothing looks better than a black fox... That said, black is a constant chore to keep clean.

That looks pretty good, can you buff it out? May be better than an 860 paint job

X2 ....or Clay Bar it.

it does look good at a glance... but if you look close you'll figure out why he wants to paint it. A buff or clay bar ain't gonna fix what he's got going on. It needs paint, and bodywork.

Exactly! only at a glance it looks good but the roof is completely faded as you can tell in first picture and the cowl has dent were the hood flew up on previous owner plus a white hood doesn't help it either

IMO color changes look like ass unless you get the door jams, under the hood, engne compartment, etc. Nothing looks worse than opening up a hood, door, or trunk and seeing a different color paint.

Keeping a single stage black paint job looking good is about as close to hell as I'd want to get. I also like the red, shows the contours of the car better and gets more noticed. Black blends into every other car out there these days.

Black is my favorite color. But it is a major pita to keep clean. Every wheel and tire combo looks good IMO. It does kind of "hide" some of the cars lines and it's usually not a "wow" looking color. But again I too love black mustangs. I've owned 2 and 2 red cars along with a white one. Changing colors has to be done right or it looks like chit. Hard to believe you can get a quality job for under 1000$. Cheapest quote I got last year(keeping same color) on a very solid car was 2800$ and the avg was around 5k(with a 2 stage paint). One quote was 10k(but this was a candy color from house of Kolor) while adding a glass hood.
