Cobra R Hood On Car I Bought Shakes While Driving

I'm with Mike on the pin thing. I've had a hood come open on me, it is NOT fun.
And to make matters worst on that side that I torqued yesterday, they actually used some sort of epoxy/glue where the bolts attach the hood from the bracket. I will inquire about how much it would cost to fix that area of the hood if it is even worth it. I definitely don't like the way the hood is secured on that side.

Also if you lift up on the beginning of the cowl,( right as it begins by the windshield, it is very flimsy. Are they like that naturally? Again pics show how they cut/modified the one on the car so that might have a lot more to do with the flimsiness

I have a full fiberglass hood on my 70 Dart that is pinned on the front and pinned on the back. It wiggles a bit, but it is also a six pack hood so it catches a LOT of air.

Any pics?

It is an ARR fiberglass hood, as good as a Cervini's I'd say.

And there is another form where there is a there is some kind of mechanism that locks the hood down and it's not even visible outside of the hood

On another Forum rather older thread
