No pics but I put the power distribution block in. Man, its a lot easier to wire stuff with 5 more positive posts.

Wiring the battery, alternator, starter, and solenoid are a pain in the nuts.

All the measuring and mapping out the damn routes....and the measuring again. The wires are thick and red. Sticking out like a sore thumb is easy for them.

It'll probably take a while just for me to get through this stage. I need to find a way to use hangers off the oil pan bolts. Didn't really think about it until now.... Duh.

I never claimed to be a genius.... Never got a job as one either, unlike a certain guy in here. [emoji102]

My max tow electronic fuel pressure gauge arrived today.

I didn't mean to order it but... wtf...guess I'll use it for now.

It won't be too bad. Had to make a mad dash to Lowes for fittings. The sensor is 1/8 pipe thread. I got a female 90 degree street elbow and ran over to the air tool section and found the right adapter for the schrader valve in a blow gun kit.

In comparison to that crayon-that gauge looks huge.... lol, but I really like it. How many dollars is that little fellah?

It was 96 bucks shipped by Amazon. Its a 2 1/16 gauge so its not big at all. It'll fit nicely in my A pillar gauge pod....over my nitrous pressure gauge. Or maybe I'll break out my center vent pod but I think its made for 2 5/8.

I don't know....it'll go somewhere.

I just found out to make sure all fuel fittings are tight before priming the system....by mistake. Smh

Hey guys....the fuel pump works....really well !!!

It shot fuel all the way to my windshield.

I'm checking over the wiring....I finally got the starter and alternator finished....digging through some interior stuff today. Everything is working like a charm...for now.

Man...jeesh I can't win for loosing. Smh

I sealed the fuel pressure gauge fittings and found a leak on the flared lines. FPR came set to 10psi.... So I pull the line off and tighten the holy hell of o it. Hook up my pressure gauge and cylcle key on....10psi...adjust.....18psi....adjust.....25psi...no leaks....adjust...32...no leaks...adjust...cycle key....ppppsssssstttttt. The fitting that I was called a genius for was spraying fuel all over the damn place. Gotta rethink this fitting thing.

I'm going to try jbweld on this fitting....I've used it to fix a lot of fuel related things. Seems like it just pushes anything else out of the threads. The threads have felt a little loose in the adapter ( just a little ) . under 40psi its enough to push the fuel around the threads. We'll see how this works.

It didn't work....those fuel gremlins are pissed the hell off now though.

I ended up using a piece from my oil pressure kit....the end that the compression ring goes on kinda fit.....a little elbow grease and at least it doesn't leak.

Lesson today is don't go out buying fittings....over thinking everything and ending up pissed off. Go in the shed....dig through ish....and make it work.

No one makes an adapter to fit locally....so I spent 20 bucks just to find out I had what it needed in the shed.

Gotta decide whether or not I'm going to drill a hole in my firewall.

Usually, I'd run wires through the grommet behind the drivers fender. Over all the years, why couldn't Ford give us a dedicated accessory grommet ? [emoji84]
