4 days? Um, what level of quality are you expecting? I'm hoping you just want a quick spray and pray(it lasts a couple years).
Always good to see an old name pop back up.
Hatch vs notch is just a personal opinion. All I wanted was a fox GT with a sunroof, but I found my 89 from the original owner, all stock with 79K...
I take it you don't plan on selling the car anytime soon? If that is correct...
1987-93 Mustang 5.0L Air Conditioner (A/C) Conversion Kit, R-12 To...
Agreed. A friend is going to swap over to those to try to get rid of his fuel smell.
Short as possibly summary.
Had a civic, my 89, and a 93 cobra. Bought over 2K in suspension/brake parts for the 89. Tore apart the 89. Week...
Do you have an address for that yard. I might know of some people who may be interested in parts from the capri.
I bought this by chance for $1,800.
The name "MUSTANG" is badass when you are 16. I knew NOTHING about cars, not even the difference...
I vote keep the GT tails. I love the look of them.
I would just buy a used S-Trim for less that comes with the mass air meter, maybe injectors, powerpipe, etc.
**** ME! I would have bought that for $4,500 as well. Plus you said he had most the AC parts also. If not, LMR sells a full kit for $750 I think....
Good job man. :hail2:
Rare color notch, stock, black interior, etc.
Haven't gone as far as that thought yet. I probably shouldn't as I can only assume they have 108K miles on them.
I'll be doing a full 5 lug, 4 wheel disc brake setup here over the next couple months. While I'm in there, I figure shocks, struts, springs, LCAs,...
I remember an old MM&FF article where I guy with a stock 93 Cobra put a S-Trim on at 14-16psi. He dynoed at just over 500, like 508rwhp or so.
I would agree. I took mine off my 89, and had massive wheel hop with the stock 100K mile suspension.
I went tonight. A friend wanted to test out a second stage of nitrous he installed. It didn't go so well.

Well, chalk it up to a learning experience I guess.
Looks trashy if you ask me.
