Expect the bolts to be seized, I used an air chisel to help drive them out and then used anti-seize on the new bolts.
If you can't find a reproduction then try to hit up a junkyard and have them cut the section you need out of a scrap car.
Back when I did my Cobra Brake Conversion I recall having to add a few washers or a spacer on the center cable to help tighten it up a little.
