the 99 was delivered with less hp than advertised, which is why there was no '00 cobra, they were too busy trying to fix all the 99's. But the fix...

dunno what ford was thinking keeping 3.27's in the 99 and 01 cobras....with more gear they feel much better. Plus 01's are stronger than 99's
