I know there is a sensor that control the fan and if unplugged it turns the fan on and keep it running.

Gears and T-locks the only thing you will notice other than a turbo/supercharger. CAI, exhaust and pullies will help some, but not as much as gears....
Just get stuff for a V6 and you will be fine ;)

Why not just get a 4.3L stocker with heads, cam and intake with twins and still make 500hp for way under half of that 25K? :shrug:
What you can do is to get a stock GT cat back, it's cheap and you can easily change mufflers if you want that later. ;)
