Yeah, I swapped all 8 of mine out long ago for a rebuilt set with a bench test flow sheet. No change.
Same issue after swapping heads huh... I have no clue then I guess. Maybe it's time to pull the motor and have it looked at. I'm no stranger...

If you don't have the money or want to take the plunge to 5 lug your best bet is just to get the stock system freshened up.
I may go 5 lug...

The fill plug is on the driver side of the back of the diff (opposite the cover) right near where the driveshaft connects.
