Judging by your sig you already have the KB. A canned tune is not going to work for your supercharger let alone for your supercharger + cams.
Are you getting a GT500 or GT?
I would assume you could swap from the GT(40) to the GT500 . I haven't heard of anyone going this route before...

No the Ford GT uses a twins screw design and the GT500 uses a roots style supercharger.
