As long as they are forged or billet you will be fine.
I started with the magnaflow catted xpipe with cats with the Borla stingers. When I put the Kenne Bell on I swapped out the xpipe for a dr gas...
I wouldn't have done it any other way. Even if I had a GT the same black blower would be sitting on it. The instructions are extremely detailed...
