Those don't even look like OEM bolts. They look like they came from the hardware store. I say, carry on and put them off to the side.
why did you change the fuel tank?
Just out of curiosity, did you check the balance on the wheels/tires? Also, see if the weights from the driveshaft might have been knocked off.
I would replace the oil filter housing gasket as well.
Do you plan on racing it? Then, practice, practice practice.
I would venture to say water pump. Luckily on those, they arent that hard to do.

Been there done that and learned to never put them in again. The leak, are a PITA and you will lose power.
no headers and x pipe with no cats. long tubes if you decide on headers but that will lower the tone of the exhaust note a little.
