You gave the fuel relay the "EEC sends out a ground to actuate...
If you have a T5 then you could use the auto EECs also. A little difference in the programming but will work.
If T5 then likely a A9L or a A3M.
Your local parts store can get refurbished EECs for same price range as the self sold ones but will likely have to...
Oh as a possable note, (& I think was pasted above) the 22 wire between the EEC & fuel relay may be bad but not likely but possable.
The EEC is not sending the ground signal to the fuel relay.
Your supplying the ground directly.
There is a 1.5ohm resister that's likely bad...
yes. The motor should start after you ground it. Just dont procrastinate
