Magnetic flat head plus a small amount gear grease. The grease puts some friction on the pieces and can old them together.
The internals are the same and the block itself will handle more power than you can afford :P.
If its a 4v block, you will need to drill a coolant...
May I ask what heads you are running? You put out similar numbers to my car but about 30 less torque.
Do you have an oil pressure gauge? Might have snap the teeth on the oil pump earlier that day.
How much ground clearance do you have with the downpipe underneath the K member?
Do no skimp on your rotating assembly, get forged internals. If you must skimp, stick with the gt crank. They can handle lots of power.
