Probably 2" total in the front and around an inch in the rear.
Yes, they are the springs used on ford racing's 2013 cobra jet but since I have koni struts the front sits lower.

Trust me I thought about it but since the exterior is pretty "loud" I'm trying to more subtle with the interior.

Those sure do look nice, but man they do hang low. I wouldnt be able to go anywhere if I bought those lol. I have to go SUPER slow as it is over...
These are the SLP's at stock height. I plan on lowering an inch, but you should be fine to an inch and a half. More than that could be trouble....
just prevent the rear from spilling all over the track when they blow up
