Once you remove the filter you can unbolt the cooler from the block, then just screw the bigger filter on.

I would do a 70MM t/body and a 75 or 77 mass air. You don't need a spacer.
MGW in my TKO-600. Love it. The TKO came with a hurst on it. maybe lasted a year or so. It wore out. Never seen anything like that.
