are the holes in the rim elongated??? if so that means they DIDNT tighten the lug nuts at all!!!! trust me on this we deal with this stuff everyday....

Yup...my studs broke (due to what everyone says to be the shop over torqueing the lug nuts, shop says different...I will get to that later)
