Last Timken I saw was actually a NTK I think in the box , it was half plastic so I justed used a regular BCA and had no problems
Look around for another tuner to take it to would be my advice

From what I have seen car will have more low end torque with stock cams
Do you have a wideband ?
NAPA has replacement studs that are threaded all the way up , use an external torx socket to unscrew the factory studs , hopefully they will come out...
Sounds like fuel pressure issue to me , dead battery does not do anything to the tune
If tuning multiple cars I would suggest buying 1 QH to actually tune all 3 and then get a chips for each car and one chip burner to program the chips...
If its taking alot of time to reach target WOT air/fuel then sounds to me that the fuel tables and or the MAF curve needs work in the tune , fuel...
Relocate the ACT before you do any changes , tuner was smart to leave timing out , you should add timing on a dyno so you can see where it stops...

The tuner can change the stoich point in the tune , alot of tuners are now doing this because of the ethanol in the fuel , changing the stoich point...
