Could be water pump, radiator hoses... just follow that coolant trail and see where it leads you :)
I run 4 quarts Castrol 10w30 and 1 quart Lucas Synthetic oil thingie.
45k on shortblock and holds good pressure, but dunno what that means to you...
Have you checked fuel pressure at the rail? Maybe your FPR is freaking out on you.
