The fuel pressure should be stable. 57psi is pretty high but you do have an after market pump. My money its the tune, didnt realized you were that...
The car will run without the MAF plugged in but it wont rev properly.
Make sure the idle screw is set properly. all you should do it unscrew it...
This doesnt sound like a TPS issue, try cleaning the IAC first.
I would spend the cash and have the heads checked. Just to make sure the valves are sealing properly.
LMAO great troll thread....
If you are in Ohio, I'll run ya to see how "big that engine is"
Disabled emissions is normal, Engine misfire is totally separate... Your car probably doesnt have rear cats correct?
No they arent.
I was going to say it sounds like the wrong clutch. Pick one up from Summit.
Magnetic flat head plus a small amount gear grease. The grease puts some friction on the pieces and can old them together.
The internals are the same and the block itself will handle more power than you can afford :P.
If its a 4v block, you will need to drill a coolant...
May I ask what heads you are running? You put out similar numbers to my car but about 30 less torque.
Do you have an oil pressure gauge? Might have snap the teeth on the oil pump earlier that day.
How much ground clearance do you have with the downpipe underneath the K member?
Do no skimp on your rotating assembly, get forged internals. If you must skimp, stick with the gt crank. They can handle lots of power.
Ford did it already.

400rwhp or 400 at the engine? 400 at the engine is perfectly durable without going to a carb setup.
a timing adjuster is only going to adjust your base timing, you will be on borrowed time without a full tune.
Yes you will have to retard the timing, you better get a tune as well.
No, you have to drill a 4v block for 2v heads.
The Trickflows arent hyped.
Clean out your TPS, replace the fuel filter and check your plugs. It should pull till 6k.
