this is a common issue with C&L because it uses the stock electronics in a larger maf housing. try clocking the maf to get better/correct air flow
with one flange, the flange can warp.
with 4 little flanges, the primaries can warp.
either way, they can warp so stick with what you got.
i get 10-12mpg but when i drive a bit more civilized i get 13-14. never drive the freeway so i cant say what it would get if i did

set the base timing to 8* (the lowest legal in california as far as i know) and run a higher octane fuel
is there enough tranny fluid in it? are you running a cooler? if your not running a cooler, get one. every auto tranny should have a cooler

instead of firing once, the coil fires 6 times for each cylinder below 3000rpms and one big spark above 3000rpms. most coils loose power as the rpms...
subframes and control arms will help the car hook better at the track and on the street. if you want the car to have a real nice ride and still hook...
