    Good price on roof replacement?

    I was quoted $1,200 to cut the roof off and replace with a good one. (Use to be a vinyl top car :( ) That sounds fair to me because of all the bracing and cutting involved.

    Odd Brake Light Problem?

    The brake lights work, just one is brighter than the other. When I turn on the headlights they both light up fine. But normally they aren't they same. What the hell....:shrug:

    Pinging/Knocking

    I was driving on the onramp in 5th gear and all of a sudden the engine started pinging/knocking pretty bad. I went 5 more sec and shut the engine off and got it towed back to my house. 9:1 Compression. 91 Octane. I was running around 22deg total. 11deg BDC. So closee on the break in. ****!

    Noisy Engine

    I've been driving my 66 for awhile now. I noticed a small noise coming from the engine compartment. It sounds like it's coming from the clutch. Like the bearing vibrating. Is it possible to have something vibrate loose? When I push the clutch in it gets a little quieter.. Any ideas?:shrug:
