    Fuel Pressure question

    How much fuel pressure should the 4.6L run at idle? i have an electronic fuel gauge and it always showed 24PSI. But I was reading my Chilton book and it states 40-70 PSI. Why the difference - I recently changed fuel filter and still reads same......
