    03 mustang motor change

    my son has a 03 mustang 3.8 v6 auto and he needs a motor because a local tire+lube chain store forgot to screw on his oil filter and after all the oil ran out it spun a rod..so i'm contemplateing helping him change the motor,,my questions are..just how hard would it be? any issues to watch for...
