    02 v6 runs way to cool

    just got done putting in a new water pump and thermostat, car is running way to cold wont make it past 25% on temp gauge, good interior heat... 02 mustang 3.8 anybody got an idea on the problem? service light is on but i have no computer to plug in for codes...

    interior cabin fan does not work on first 2 settings is there a fuse i can check or is it part of a bigger problem?
