    Rebates when buying out of state

    I have a question about buying a new car out of state. Ford has a $4,000 rebate on the 2008 Mustang GTs here in Texas. But in Louisiana the rebate is $5,000. Louisiana is pretty close to me. Can I buy the car in Louisiana and get the better rebate? Or are rebates tied to my residency...

    My front and rear blackouts are on! *Pics & DUW*

    I actually bought the headlight blackouts, but they don't stay on very well and they really reduce visibility a lot at night. So I took them off, but I left the fog light covers on. I really like the way the rear looks now, especially with the new spoiler. :D

    My updated Mustang pics... *DUW*

    A while back I ordered some Roush louvers and a Xenon ducktail spoiler. Finally got them painted and installed them today. I love the louvers, but the spoiler ain't grown on me yet. I'll give it some time before I decide to swap to the Roush spoiler instead. Whatchu think?

    Car pics... pre/post lowering springs

    Steeda Ultralites springs. So far I'm digging them. Slightly stiffer ride, but quite civilized. Here is the before height (fronts) measured from the ground around 29 1/16" Here is the after standing around 27 15/16" A couple more pics... :D

    Couple things I don't like about my Mustang

    For starters the cup holders. They are in a terrible position. I always keep bottle water in there and my elbow hits the bottle everytime. And the cup holders used to be big enough to hold a large Gatorade bottle, but no more. It's deep but not wide at all. Bad design. And those coin...

    My A/C is popping?

    My car is less than two weeks old. I usually drive with my windows down and the A/C on. So this morning I'm heading to work and I notice a weird poppin sound. Every 15-20 seconds or so, pop! So I turn off my A/C and the popping goes away. Turn it back on and pop! I don't remember this...
