    BBK adjustable and "Gripp" quadrant question

    Cable is creaking real bad (BBK adjustable)when depressing clutch, have read that you need too shim the quadrant?? How do you do that? How does it help? The clutch pedal is an absolute bugger to push in, and rattles the dash when doing so!! Any help appreciated

    I tried to install a K-member brace on my 89 but could not get it too fit. It is a 4pt and have a Moroso 20511 oil pan. Do these not work with aftermarket oil pans?

    Alternator upgrade

    I have to upgrade the factory 75 amp alt on my 89 5.0. I am looking at the Powermaster 8-57100, their 100 amp unit. I am running an elec fac, U/D pullies, NO A/C & NO big stereo. Will this alternator be enough? Anyone using/used this unit? Thanks
