    New Daily Driver

Well I bought a new daily commuter vehicle. I saw this on Ebay and was going to bid on it, but someone used the "Buy it Now" then didn't pay the lister. :notnice: About two weeks later I found it listed on Craigslist, and worked out a deal on it. :nice: It's a 1978 Honda CX500, 32k miles...

Picked up a Yellow 94 GT in pieces.

I managed to find a Yellow 94 GT coupe at the track a few weekends ago for sale. He also had a Red 94 GT coupe but it was in pretty bad shape. I had a hard time with the decision to buy it since the guy said it 'needed to be put together'. So I was thinking that it just needed a few parts until...

What fitting do I need for mech H2O temp gauge?

Where can I pick up this fitting and what is the threading on it? The one that came with my gauge set is too big. So for right now, I have an under hood air temp gauge. Advance Discount didn't have any fittings like that, just an o/p gauge kit nylon or copper.

Here's a few pics of my 1/64 Diecast Mustangs

Here's a small sample of my out of control 1/64th diecast collection. I'm posting just some the Mustangs(4 of them are customs painted by others and myself). Post up some other pics if you have any. I actually haven't bought anything since 2003, and am getting ready to thin out alot of the non...

Where did you run the water temp sender? Is there a good spot to drill:eek: through the firewall? Or is there another option(besides buying electrical gauges).:D

Need good place to tap into dash lights

I'm installing some gauges in the area where the factory CD player would be. Where is a good place to tap into the dash lights w/o ripping the dash apart or pulling the stereo? Can I use the wire from the ashtray light for all 3 bulbs? I'm open to other ideas as well. Thanks

    Taillight Bezel Restoration

I finally got sick of looking at my tired looking taillights. After 154k miles they looked pretty worked. I popped them out this morning and decided I was going to clean them up. My lenses(not just the painted part) had some sort of nasty build up, almost like the yellowing on the headlights. I...

    Gauge Location Idea

I'm going to get some gauges for my 94 soon, but I don't want them mounted on the A-pillar or in place of the clock. What I'm wondering is, has anyone installed their gauges in the 'storage' tray under the stereo? I asked for the length and width of the Autometer Gauge Cage for the fox in 5.0...

    Gauge Cage Dimensions

Can any of you Fox guys help me out? I need the exact length and width of the Autometer Gauge Cage for the 87-93 Fox. If the size is right, I'd like to use one to mount a set of gauges in the empty spot below the radio in my 94. Thanks in advance.

    Riddle me this, fellow Stangers.

My car recently turned over to 145k miles. Up until the last oil change it has been using 1qt per oil change. From what I've read here that's pretty common Well, I have a little over 3k miles on this and it hasn't used any oil at ALL  1) The motor oil is the same brand and weight that...

Who makes Summit's rear control arms?

I'm going with the assumption that Summit Racing has these outsourced. Just wondering who makes them, since they are tubular instead of rectangular like most of the other makes? Has anyone had any experience with them?
