Intake Finish - Natural or Blasted?

Hey guys, I've ended up with two Edelbrock intakes: one a new unmolested one, and the other a used one that's been port matched, internally smoothed and contoured, and has had the external casting smoothed. When I got the used one, it had a crappy clearcoat on it that gave it a gray appearance...

    Power Front Seat No Werkie

97 GT. It wants to work, but somethings wrong (stripped gear maybe?). It works okay going back but not forward. I'd like to know what I'm getting into before I go to the trouble of yanking the seat out. Any others have this same problem on the SN95's?

Battery Relo to Trunk Help Please

Anybody got pics of their box install? I started out with two different style boxes and neither are working out. I've got a 67 FB. I am wanting to mount mine over the right frame rail. The Taylor aluminum box is so big that getting the battery out of it after an install will likely require...

68 Power Disk Brake Diagram Please

Turns out my 67 Frankenstang is only about 25% 1967 and 75% "other", including the brake system :( It came with a non-power single-piston front disk setup, which I now know to be 68-style. It also had a brake warning light distribution switch. I subsequently added a Midland booster. It's...

Where to Get These Cool Valve Covers?

I understand Carroll Shelby is building some 427 Windsors topped with these valve covers. TransamRacing.com has them, but at $225/pair plus shipping, I'm thinking twice about it. Anybody know of another (cheaper) source? Thx, Joe

Can This Manual Pitman Arm be Greased?

It's on an early 67 manual steering car and I haven't found any replacement for it. The stud that goes into the center link turns okay but it's original equipment and any grease that was in it in 67 is long gone by now. Can I drill and tap the little bump on the backside of the stud for a...

Best Place to Buy Flaming River Box?

Well looks like I'm going to have bite the bullet and go for the Flaming River box (FR1497Q). It's high-dollar so I'm looking to make this as "least painful" as possible. Where to go for the best deal? Thanks, Joe
