    Battery problem with car

    tried to go to work, battery dead, put in spare battery, drove to work, 8 hours later battery nearly dead, drove home, 2 dead batteries now :( 1988 Mustang LX 2.3L at idle the battery shows 12v at 2000rpm the battery shows 13.5V
