    2.3 5-SPEED?

    I just bought a working 5 speed transmision for $75, as a back up. It is out of a 2.3L mustang. The guy who sold it said that it will handel more torque than the one in my car now! Is this true?

    New parts!

    Broke a part today

    I just put my strut tower brace on. That went fairly well. Was putting the solenoid back on and I broke it:mad:! I broke the post that the positive wire, off of the battery, goes on! Can I get one from a junk yard or are they very costly to get new? :mad: :mad: :mad:

    180 Thermostat

    I took the car out last night after I installed the thermostat. I did not really notice a thing, only that it did run cooler! At least it worked after I installed it though. The total cost to change was under $22.00. It only took me about half an hour to do the change :nice:
