94 Taurus SHO T5 trans for sale. Is this one good for a early Stang (67) conversion? Street car. 5.0L HO relatively stock, etc., etc., blah, blah..:D
What's cheap? What's too much? What to look for?
Thanks!

Where can I get a Shelby tail panel that doesn't require cutting the stock taillight panel? LED or otherwise?
I've seen some that have the reflector housing built-in..do they require cutting? I wanna be able to return the car to stock..for some apparent reason. :D
Thanks!

Hello Clutch Gurus!!
I have a 67 Mustang with a 289 and 3 speed. I'm swithching to a Toploader 4 speed. What clutch choices do I have? Can I use an 11" clutch? What would I have to change to use a bigger clutch? Other/better options?
This will be a cruiser with the occasional drag strip...
My Stang didn't come with A/C and I want to have it on the rebuild. Did something else use the same parts, like a Cougar or something? What else would need to be changed?
Do the aftermarket kits look good?
thanks

Saw a wheel at a jy and it looks like a Mag 500 but it had/needed a trim ring. Looked like it was painted instead of chromed. I'll try to attach a pic but this place is NOT pic friendly!!:D

I'm cloning my 67 Fastback into a Shelby GT350. I bid and won an auction for a fiberglass nose. The seller asked me if I needed more parts. I told him I needed pretty much everything!
He said that he had a finished (preped, and painted and striped..blue with white stripes) Shelby...
Rear axle, that is!!
I'm debating rear selection for a 67 Stang. Everything from TBird IRS to 9 and 8 inch rears. Been reading and found out that an 8" rear is 100lbs lighter than a 9"!! That's a LOT of unsprung weight.

Is this a worthy swap? It's a little narrower.... ..good/bad? Do the spring perches match up? Link to sites with direction/instructions?
Not decided on disc brake rear. Is this workable/worthwhile on a standard shift car? I need the emergency brake!!
thanks!!

At the same place I saw the 70 Torino I posted about, I saw an early Stang Coupe that had been in a wreck. It didn't look very bad but the frame might need to be straightened....no fenders or grill. Everything else seems to be there. V8/auto. I could probably get it for $500 or so....avoid a...
Junkyard shopping last weekend and saw a 70 Torino red/orange, no engine but everything else. No major rust or dents and decent interior. Might be $500 or less. I'll get pics if it is worthwhile. I just happen to have a 5.0 HO and AOD tranny sitting around!!:D

...no engine/trans, interior, fenders, hood, grill or radiator. The rest of the body is good, all glass in good shape..basically, a rolling shell! I found it and might offer $1500.... What would YOU pay?
Opps! Wrong forum!

Is this a generic piece? :)
Is it worth anything? :D
Where can I get the filter?
Heavy cast aluminum. No markings that I can find.
thanks!

No engine or trans. Is the console the same as a 67 Stang? Sure looks like it. Anything else work on a 67 Fastback? Oh, yeah..get the taillights!! :rlaugh:
