    Welded crossmember?

I'm trying to remove my transmission and it looks like someone welded in the crossmember. Was this pretty common? If I cut out the welds, afterward during the install, will I be able to align everything pretty easy and weld myself, or should I take it to a shop? I'd appreciate any info.

    Driving still feels unsafe.

So far i've replaced Rear Supsension Brakes Front Suspension But when I take the car on the highway I still don't have enough control of the steering. The freeplay in the steering wheel is too much and I definately don't feel comfy on those fast and tight turns. Basically the steering...

New sway bar. What a difference!!

I bought an 1 1/8 inch sway bar a few months back and just installed it today. As you can see it looks mean compared to my stock 5/8" bar. I read before about how much difference it made while cornering and didn't think it would affect me that much since I dont drive it too hard, but boy was...

    17's on my 67

Pic of 17's on my 67 This past weekend I got a set of 17x8 Torq thrust II's with 235/45 tires. I'm pretty happy with the setup. 16's might have been a little better but I had 16's on my car and they didn't clear the BAER setup. Anyway, let me know what you guys think. <br>

    Fuel Pump Question

I have a 351W with a stock fuel pump. I noticed the fuel pump has a small leak which explains one of the reason i'll end up smelling like fuel when i drive for a long period. I'm going to buy a new one but was wondering if it is a time to upgrade or if a stock pump will do just fine. The...

Hello everyone. Well turns out I need to replace my leaf springs on the ol'e 67 stang. I was thinking about getting composites but was wondering if it would be worth it on a street ride. Maybe in the future i'll take it to a track but for the most part its a daily driver. Also, do they...

    16" wheels.

I bough myself a Baer disc brake conversion that comes with 12" rotors. My 15's might not clear the caliper so here's my question: In order to throw on some 16" wheels would I need to install a negative wedge kit or will a shelby drop do? I searched the forums and wasn't able to find a...
