    adding power sterring to my 66 fastback

    I have a 1966 fastback mustang, am taking the power sterring sys of a 68 mustang...I am useing the 68 spindles, bought new 67 68 tie rods...,,when I bolt it all together from one end of the tie rod to the other end of the tie rod its about 43 in....exactly the same as the existing 66 manul tie...
