    Low end issues

    1st and 2nd are ok, 3rd 4th and 5th at low rpms feels as though something slips, no noises or anything, but feels like something slips real real quick then is right back. As soon as i get above 13 or 1400rpms its fine. Any ideas? whats this called? so i can look it up.
