    Starting problems with the Explorer

    tranny or converter???

    I just recently put a new flexplate and converter in my stang... it ran fine for probly 100 miles... but now whenever i gas it revs up real high before it starts going... its a roadrunner 2800 stall... if im at a stop... and hammer it... it revved up to 5500 so i finally let go... that car didnt...

    Time for brakes... a little help please

    I need to put new brake pads on my 97 explorer and a new rotor on the right rear... it is an AWD... i know how to do the front pads... but rears im not to sure about it and i dont know how to do the rotor... and tools as well.. little help???

    Steering problems

    Ok the thread isnt about my stang its about my 97 explorer (still a 5.0 though) Something is wrong with the steering... whenever i turn the wheel something is makin a popping noise... it sounds like when you twist and pop your back a bunch of times... any ideas?

    I know this guy who has a 89 GT... says its the police interceptor.. i havent looked at it yet... anyways it has 225,000 miles on it but the motor was rebuilt 55k miles ago... it is primer, the synchros are out on the 5 speed, but other than that there is no rust, dents, and the interior is good...
