    heres the dilemma, i need to mate a gm T56 from a LT1 camaro to a ford 302, i found a bellhousing that will do this but im not sure about the clutch situation as a ford T56 has a 10 spline input shaft and the gm one i have has a 26 spline input shaft? any help appreciated

    i have ran into a dilemma, i have a ford 302 and a gm T56 tranny, the tranny has a 26 spline input shaft and i know ford uses a ten spline, will a clutch that fits a 26 spline shaft bolt fit the 302, or is there a way to change the input shaft on the gm tranny?

    i have been looking into t56s to mate to my 302 and noticed they are sometimes referred to as modular, does this mean they only fit the modular engine blocks like the t45 or will it bolt up to the 302 with the correct bell housing?

    help putting a T56 in a 66 coupe

    i hae a 66 coupe with a modded 302 and would like to put a t-56 behind it, does anyone know off hand of any thing i will have to modify? or check into before starting this project?
