    PI intake manifold under boost

Mine lasted under 12 PSI of boost for over 50,000 miles until the coolant crossover cracked. It just gave me a reason to buy the new Trick Flow Manifold and get it ported out before i put it in. you should be more than fine with just 8-9 pounds of boost for quite some time.

    starter replacement

+ 1 on the 13mm with a bunch of swivels and extensions. I did it by peeping through the front of the K-member and reaching back for my ratchet, while not the most difficult thing i have replaced, It would have been easier with more curse words and a buddy. Just Curious, How long have you had...

BTW, I noticed you have the stock plastic intake. keep an eye on the plastic coolant crossover right behind the alternator. Mine just blew out after around 50,000 miles of Boost going through it.

Help me identify where this oil is coming from! Pics!

+1 on the PCV system. These Superchargers create a vacuum that just sucks oil from the valve covers. Have the same issue on my Procharger, Bought a oil seperator on Ebay for less than 50 bucks shipped. Going to put it in when i get back to the states.

Headers Long vs. Mid on FI Stang

Thanks all, the more i look at it the more i think mid lengths are the way to go just for the simple fact that I drive my car to work all the time and their always putting a speed bump in the most random spot imaginable, and their always so dam high that my F-150 will scrape Lol. I just havent...

Headers Long vs. Mid on FI Stang

I'm running a 3.60 pulley and the dial reads 12 @ full boost, but that's with the stock everything minus some minor fuel upgrades i.e. pump, injectors, and a 90mm MAF. I am thinking it may go down a pound or two when i free up the induction and exhaust. I think most of the power was had from the...

Headers Long vs. Mid on FI Stang

I come home for a couple weeks after being away 9 months pop the hood of the Stang and the coolant level was totally empty. Needless to say the first thing that popped in my mind was the intake manifold and sure enough there was coolant in the valley so I ordered the new Trick Flow intake and...

    Tick tick tick tick...

Don't quote me on this one but It sounds like its just the normal operation of your injectors stock injectors use an on off spray so the clicking is just the valve opening and then closing over time they make a bit more noise than when they are new.

    Used D1SC Question

I paid 4500 for my whole D1-SC kit w/10 psi pulley. that included a 3-core intercooler, 255 lph in-tank pump, #42 injectors, but i had mine dynotuned at the shop for $600 and that included a SCT Xcal2 tuner. I would just be aware that it came off of their shop car and that was probrobly beat the...

I have the Steeda Sport Springs with urethane isolators they dropped the car approx 1 1/4 and Tokico D-spec shocks. Ride quality is excellent and with the d-specs the adjustability range is great as i can make the car ride as stiff as a go-cart or smooth as a caddy.

    time for suspension work??

the only thing that tokico's might be a problem with is if your planning on going coilover's in the rear section. Due to the friction welds for the rear struts only I wouldn't go with the d-specs in the rear. I have the weight jackers Lower control arms so thats not an issue for me, because i am...
